Lord Bathurst Returns home to Cirencester Park
We are relieved and delighted to see our President and landlord Lord Bathurst return home to Cirencester Park after a traumatic four months in hospital.
Lord Bathurst was admitted to Cheltenham General Hospital on July 26 and has been there until this week. He still has a further operation to come in January but is on the mend and continuing his recovery at home.
"It is so lovely to have him home" said a delighted Lady Bathurst. "We are so grateful to the fantastic hospital staff who have been caring for my husband and would also like to say a huge thank you for all the letters and wonderful, loving support from everyone in the polo club."
Executive Polo Manager Tim Keyte also added "Lord Bathurst is a hugely supportive and active President and presence at the Club and he has been much missed over the past few months. We are delighted to see him back home and wish him all the best in the rest of his recovery".
